Write for us
We welcome thoughtful pitches about routines, attention, time, connection and reflection: subjects where a clear explanation or a modest, adaptable idea can help someone meet an ordinary day with more intention.
What makes a strong pitch
Send a concise proposal that names the central question, the reader it serves and the main idea the piece will leave them with. Explain what makes the angle distinct, and how it can be useful without relying on grand claims, specialist authority or a rigid formula. A specific everyday situation is often a stronger starting point than a broad promise.
Useful boundaries
We are interested in original, clearly reasoned writing with a natural voice and room for readers to adapt the ideas. We do not seek material that offers professional medical, legal or financial advice, guarantees results, or disguises promotion as independent guidance. Please flag any commercial interest connected to a proposal.
Sending a proposal
Send pitches through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Include a working title, a short summary and a few lines about why the subject suits Clear Everyday Living. A pitch is a proposal, not a request to submit a complete article.
A day is not a problem to solve
We look at ordinary choices with curiosity, not as a project of constant improvement. A useful idea should leave room for real life to interrupt.
